Job Summary:

Quality People is seeking a skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert communications advice and support to our regional staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to ensure timely and accurate information is shared with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and draft communications materials, including responses to executive correspondence, briefing notes, and media statements.
  • Undertake community engagement and stakeholder consultation activities to support project development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Stakeholder Management Business Unit to provide well-considered communications advice and support.

Requirements:
  • Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing.
  • International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) in Engagement certification highly desirable.
  • Government experience advantageous.
