Job Title: Flooring Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and removing existing coatings or contaminants.
  • Operate industrial grinding and polishing machines to refine floors to a smooth, high-gloss finish.
  • Assess floor conditions and perform minor surface repairs such as patching cracks or filling joints.
  • Evaluate and implement precise finishing in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.
  • Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and workplace safety.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a flooring professional or in a related trade.
  • Certificate III in Flooring Technology or relevant experience.
  • Skilled in using polishing and sanding equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Physically fit and dependable.
  • White Card (Construction Induction) required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport preferred.
