About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Marketplace team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building partnerships with our suppliers and managing their accounts. Your primary goal will be to foster growth for our suppliers and ensure they are meeting their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively foster growth for Suppliers by identifying and communicating opportunities to support their growth.
  • Ensure each Supplier is contacted monthly to discuss their performance and provide support where needed.
  • Ensure Supplier enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proactively raise issues with the management team as they occur from time-to-time.
  • Perform daily monitoring of SKU performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assess if there is a need to onboard more SKUs from Suppliers and ensure Suppliers are aware of upcoming promotions.
  • Invite Suppliers to get involved in promotions as a tactic to drive growth.
  • Leverage opportunities such as clearance, end-of-line, new products, and trending products for promotion.
  • Ensure the CRM system is accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Ensure that Suppliers are meeting all SLAs.

Requirements

  • E-commerce experience is highly regarded.
  • A University Degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Passionate about ecommerce and committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent numerical ability and analytical skills.
  • Collaboration is key - you will work with your team to create awesome ideas and seek support when needed.
  • Ready to challenge and be challenged.
