Job Description
  • Job Summary: Contribute to the implementation of FIS Balance Sheet Manager (BSM) Solution and its various modules, including Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Liquidity Risk Management (LRM), Market Risk, and Expected Credit Loss/IFRS9.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform client requirements gathering workshops, develop project plans, perform data mapping and requirements workshops, configure systems as per client needs, build custom reports, guide clients in data validation and reconciliation testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
    • Deliver training and presentations, create bespoke documentation to suit client needs.
    • Assist pre-sales in preparing and delivering product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects.
    • Train other team members.
    • Analyse client needs, trends, and best practices, creating detailed program specifications.
    • Develop procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 6+ years in a financial institution or software solution/consulting vendor in risk/balance sheet management.
  • Knowledge: Risk management, financial instruments, asset and liability management, liquidity risk management, funds transfer pricing, market risk, expected credit loss/IFRS9.
  • Technical Skills: SQL scripting, Microsoft SQL Server Database, Analysis Services.
  • Skill Set: Analytical approach, report building using Excel and pivot tables, advanced knowledge of end-to-end systems and application development.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent.
