This is a brand-new position that presents a chance to make a tangible difference in uplifting standards and driving excellence within DC operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging orientation and induction programs to ensure new employees understand expectations and values.
  • Supporting DC labour capability through comprehensive training and assessments to identify and address skill gaps.
  • Coaching and mentoring Team Managers to elevate individual and collective performance against business requirements.
  • Proactively managing skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with DC Leadership and the Learning Manager.
  • Coordinating training schedules and attendance to ensure maximum efficiency.

About You:

We are seeking an energetic and vibrant individual who can bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to inspire and motivate the team. You will have the ability to confidently guide and realign team members to ensure adherence to standards. Additionally, you should possess:

  • Experience working within a high-volume, multi-brand retail or 3PL distribution/logistics environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively train and develop internal and Labour Hire staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and excel in their roles.
  • Understanding of Current Legislation.
  • Knowledge of hazard identification/incident management and investigation.

Nice to Have:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Exposure to a Manufacturing Excellence or Continuous Improvement environment will be highly regarded.
