Your Role

">

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and collaborate with a passionate team of educators who share your commitment to excellence. As a Child Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering educational activities that nurture children's curiosity and development, while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that meets the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, as well as a strong understanding of the NQF and VEYLDF frameworks. You'll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships with children and families. A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check are also required.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We're committed to providing a fair and competitive remuneration package that reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions.
