Seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide care and support to our residents in a residential aged care setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident, as outlined in their individualised care plan.

  1. Deliver care services in accordance with residents' assessed care needs.
  2. Ensure resident care is aligned with individualised care plans and organisational policies.
  3. Report incidents and changes in resident care to relevant staff members.
  4. Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care activities.
Requirements
  1. Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  2. Minimum 12 months experience in residential aged care (desirable).
  3. Flexibility, reliability, and strong commitment to work.
  4. Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
  5. Passion for working with older adults.
  6. Current COVID and annual flu vaccination.
