Business Systems Analyst

BCS Technology is in search of a meticulous and skilled Business Analyst to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in collecting detailed requirements, producing thorough documentation, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to guarantee the precise execution of business solutions. This position requires exceptional analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, and a solid background in the Airline or Travel Sector.Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis:
Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and user narratives to illustrate business workflows and user interactions.
Continuously update documentation throughout the project lifecycle to incorporate changes and new requirements.
Collaborate with fellow Business Analysts to conduct gap analysis, identifying discrepancies between existing capabilities and emerging business needs.
Work closely with developers, quality assurance teams, and project managers to ensure the precise implementation of requirements.
Assist in prioritizing requirements based on business objectives and resource availability.
Support the testing team by reviewing test scenarios and ensuring alignment with documented requirements.
Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that solutions fulfill business requirements.
Demonstrated ability to document and resolve issues effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret intricate business requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills.
