Job Title: Finance Business Analyst

At TOMRA, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to provide financial advice on proposed investments, programs, and initiatives.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collect and analyze financial, economic, and activity data from across our systems.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and analytics to support business planning.
  • Lead end-to-end investments governance framework for both capital and large OPEX investments.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis as required.
  • Contribute to and lead elements of strategic business planning.
  • Document as-is and to-be processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and analyze business processes.
  • Provide financial outcomes to stakeholders and local business.
  • Process mapping, data migration, and agile ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Finance background with 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Tertiary Degree relating to Finance.
  • Finance/Accounting projects experience.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous managerial experience is not essential but is desirable.
  • Data Migration experience.
  • Agile experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL and MS Excel.
  • R/Python is not essential but is desirable.
  • Strong reporting skills - Visualization, Dashboard, and Story Telling.
