We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Finance Lawyer to join our expanding team in Sydney. This role will involve working closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners across the country, focusing on project finance.

As a senior lawyer in this position, you will have the opportunity to work on market-leading transactions, with a current focus on energy transition. Additionally, you will assist in the mentorship of junior lawyers, helping to shape the future of the team.

You will play a key role in advising domestic and global sponsors, financiers, borrowers, and listed corporates on the project financing of major energy, infrastructure, and resources projects both in Australia and internationally. You will also have exposure to acquisition and corporate finance and debt capital markets financing.
