Project Finance Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project finance professional to join our team in Sydney.

This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work closely with senior practitioners across our Projects group nationally, focusing on project finance.

You will advise domestic and global sponsors, financiers, borrowers and listed corporates on the project financing of major energy, infrastructure and resources projects both in Australia and internationally.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on project finance transactions
  • Work closely with partners and senior practitioners on high-profile transactions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team

Key Requirements:

  • Australian qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in a leading commercial law firm
  • Exceptional technical legal skills, including contract drafting and negotiation
  • Commercial awareness and a drive for providing exceptional client service
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to run matters efficiently to a high standard
