The Project Finance Specialist

This role requires a detail-oriented professional to oversee financial reporting for high-impact architectural projects.

  • Manage project finances by following best practices and systems
  • Collaborate closely with project leaders to track revenue, costs, and risks
  • Lead monthly revenue recognition and billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Monitor accounts receivable and escalate payment issues as needed

You will actively participate in project meetings and support budgeting and audit activities with detailed financial analysis.

About the Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related field
  • Previous experience in project finance or accounting
  • Previous experience working in the architecture or construction industry (highly advantageous)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
