Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Business Transformation Lead to lead and assure all business readiness activities, including change, learning and communications, to deliver customized people solutions for the Allianz Australia Transformation Program.

About the Role

  • Lead and oversee analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to ensure change delivery is strategically coordinated and planned.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive success, managing enterprise scale and complex change programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to influence and deliver change, training and learning management.
  • Plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Ensure that readiness assessments are conducted to prepare employees for the transition to new ways of working.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level in business transformation, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
  • Experience managing large-scale change programs and projects, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making.
  • Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
