About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to join our team at HiTech Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business change and ensuring a smooth implementation of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain a Schedule of Activity: Create and manage a comprehensive schedule of activities to ensure successful business implementation, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Lead Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and engage impacted business areas, ensuring they are ready for changes to their business procedures.
  • Coordinate and Report on Activity Progress: Oversee and report on activity progress, ensuring impacted business areas have implemented the necessary changes for readiness with the technical change.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing and maintaining project schedules to ensure dependencies with other delivery teams are identified and managed to prevent risks and ensure a quality outcome.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Hands-on data analysis skills using contemporary analytics capabilities, such as SQL and Python, are highly desirable.
  • Leadership and Engagement: Demonstrated expertise in leading hands-on engagement with Data and Analytics business areas as a senior Business Transformation or Change Management professional.
  • Project Documentation Tools: Experience using contemporary project documentation tools, such as Confluence and JIRA, is advantageous.
