Key Responsibilities- Drive transformation and strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and embedding of new processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities, and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
- Lead and manage transformation programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, functional teams, and external partners.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in transformation and change management, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- 5-7+ years of experience in transformation and change management, preferably in a large matrix corporate environment.
- Proven track record of delivering transformation programs and projects, with a focus on business outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and supply chain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
