Senior Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving transformation initiatives and strategic projects across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Drive transformation and strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, team members, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- 5-7+ years of experience in a senior transformation or change management role, preferably in a large matrix corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading transformation programs and projects, with a strong track record of delivery.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
