
Front Line Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to provide administrative support and assistance to patients and their families upon their arrival at the hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls to the front desk, providing timely and accurate information to queries by patients, visitors, and other staff and departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Admission scheduling processes to ensure appropriate bed management and utilization
- Managing admissions and discharges
- Compilation and management of patient admission papers and clinical notes
- Liaising with private health funds
In order to succeed in this role, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a large team environment, and have computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
