
Claims Management Specialist

The role of Claims Officer is critical to our success. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims end-to-end, taking recovery action on appropriate claim files, determining liability and communicating outcomes, and establishing effective relationships with internal and external customers.
We are looking for a proactive and customer service-focused individual who can join our established team. Previous experience in claims management is highly desirable, but not essential. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving notifications and service enquiries
- Managing assigned claims from start to finish
- Taking recovery action on claim files as required
- Determining liability and communicating outcomes to customers
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers
