Your Key Responsibilities:
As our Business Development Manager, you will:
Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and manage Concrete Systems distribution/channel partners to drive above-market growth and profitability.
Develop Advanced Selling Solutions: Utilize excellent soft skills to enhance channel management and key account growth, as well as proven sales acumen skills to seek opportunities with existing channel partners.
Innovate and Solve Problems: Create and execute tailored account development plans that align with business objectives.
Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with field sales engineers to build strong market connectivity between distributors and end-users.
Continuously Improve: Drive safety culture, process improvements, and strategic execution of business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and growing key distributors in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Ability to create and execute strategic Account Development Plans.
- Preferred experience in the construction industry or related steel sectors.
- A natural '80/20' leader who simplifies, prioritizes, and drives focus.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence without relying on position power.
