We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our dynamic newsroom. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable broadcast media organisation and take your journalism career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop original daily story ideas for on-air presentations
  • Conduct interviews, write and voice news stories
  • Maintain contacts in the community
  • Research and prepare news reports
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
  • A self-motivated individual who can effectively manage their time and prioritise tasks
  • A creative mindset with energy, enthusiasm and a strong knowledge base in journalism
  • Proven experience writing news stories
  • Tertiary qualification in journalism or communications
  • Exceptional communication and written skills
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • An understanding of Broadcast Law Guidelines
