Job Title: Senior Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 180 properties, providing exceptional customer service, handling landlord and tenant communications, and overseeing routine inspections, renovations, and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 180 properties with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Landlord and Tenant Communications: Handle landlord and tenant communications, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Routine Inspections and Maintenance: Oversee routine inspections, renovations, and maintenance tasks to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations.
  • Rent Reviews and Tenancy Renewals: Manage rent reviews and tenancy renewals, ensuring that all agreements are fair and reasonable.
  • Collaboration with Leasing Consultants and Accounts Teams: Collaborate with leasing consultants and accounts teams to ensure seamless operations across the board.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • COR Certificate: Current COR (Certificate of Registration) certification.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues effectively.
  • Workload Management: Ability to handle a busy and diverse workload, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Property Tree Experience: Experience using Property Tree, preferred but not essential.
