About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of property management experience and a chance to work with a top-tier property network. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 180 properties, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with leasing consultants and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of 180 properties, ensuring seamless communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Routine Inspections and Maintenance: Coordinate routine inspections, renovations, and maintenance tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and rent-ready.
  • Landlord and Tenant Communications: Handle landlord and tenant communications, including rent reviews, outgoings, and tenancy renewals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with leasing consultants and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of [insert years] years of experience as a Property Manager, preferably in a similar role.
  • Certificate of Registration (COR): Hold a current COR, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the company's location. Additionally, you can expect a generous commission structure, car allowance, phone provided, and work-from-home flexibility.
