Yard Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Yard Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment of stock
  • Nursery Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain our outdoor areas to ensure optimal growing conditions
  • Pest and Disease Control: Implement effective strategies to prevent and control pest and disease outbreaks
  • Crew Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high-quality results in all weather conditions

A strong background in horticulture is essential, and experience in managing a crew is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be an expert problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
