Activity Facilitator

The role of an activity facilitator is crucial in delivering a memorable experience for our guests.

We are seeking casual outdoor activity instructors to join our team at a prestigious resort, where they will be responsible for hosting groups of guests and facilitating their planned activities throughout their stay.

  1. Welcoming and hosting guest groups in a friendly, enthusiastic and helpful manner
  2. Acting as an experienced guide for visiting groups
  3. Providing orientation, instruction and operation to participating guests
  4. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and risk management plans
  5. Maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
  6. Maintaining valid Level 2 First Aid certification and any other relevant qualifications, as required (training provided)

The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills, be able to relate to people of diverse age, ethnicity and beliefs, and have a positive attitude. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you.
