Job Title: Transformational Leader

This role requires collaboration with support workers and clients to establish self-managed teams that are collaborative, capable, and client-focused.

About the Role

The Transformational Leader will be responsible for guiding primary workers into leadership roles with clarity and purpose. They will manage service intake, planning, and reviews in collaboration with participants and their teams.

The Transformational Leader will engage regularly with their team to build a strong culture and proactive practice. They will ensure quality, safeguarding, and compliance are embedded into everyday work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding Primary Workers into Leadership Roles
  • Managing Service Intake, Planning, and Reviews
  • Engaging Regularly with Team Members
  • Ensuring Quality, Safeguarding, and Compliance
  • Responding to Incidents and Supporting Debriefs
  • Driving Reflective Practice
  • Championing Staff Feedback Tools
  • Providing Monthly Reporting
About You

We are looking for someone with experience in the NDIS sector and a strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards. You should have leadership or coaching experience, either formal or informal.

You will be passionate about person-centred, strengths-based approaches and have excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

You will need to be able to build great relationships and have a driver's licence and a reliable vehicle. You will also need to have an NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain one.
