About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Pursuit and Proposal Lead to join our Civil Infrastructure team in Queensland. This exciting opportunity will involve leading the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and contractors to navigate bid processes and manage project pipelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive bid development, craft compelling submissions, and manage the bid process alongside technical leads. Experience in Bids and Pursuits processes, encompassing all aspects of winning work, including pre-contracts, tendering, and pursuits management, is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects, collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Drive bid development, working closely with bid partners and the wider bids and marketing teams to create compelling submissions that highlight AECOM's value proposition and service differentiation.
  • Manage the bid process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the pursuit and proposal phases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Bids and Pursuits processes, preferably within the Civil Infrastructure sector.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build strong internal client relationships and drive high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
