As a key member of our civil infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in leading the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and contractors to navigate bid processes and manage project pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Lifecycle Leadership
    • Act as an independent reviewer and client advocate on must-win decisions
    • Drive bid development for strategic pursuits in collaboration with bid partners and the wider bids and marketing teams
    • Craft compelling submissions that highlight our value proposition, service differentiation, and key client messages
    • Manage the bid process alongside technical leads, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and presentations
  • Client Collaboration
    • Liaise with clients and participate in tender briefings, debriefs, and implementing lessons learned
  • Team Collaboration
    • Build strong internal client relationships, gain trust, and effectively support senior leaders in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in bids and pursuits processes, encompassing all aspects of winning work, including pre-contracts, tendering, and pursuits management
  • Infrastructure Experience:
    • Preferrably with a background in Civil Infrastructure, though candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Soft Skills:
    • Proactive team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail
