- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports, to ensure timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.">
- Draft quotations and variations, ensuring they meet client requirements and company policies.">
- Coordinate meetings and communications with project stakeholders, maintaining open channels of dialogue and fostering strong relationships.">
- Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, ensuring seamless financial transactions and minimizing errors.">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records, facilitating efficient retrieval and analysis of data.">
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.">
Key Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the architecture or construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.">
- Proficient in Xero, with experience in managing multiple accounts and financial transactions.">
- Experience with Procore software is highly desirable, although not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.">
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.">
