About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated manufacturing professional to oversee the mechanical aspect of production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise the manufacturing process to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and minimise production costs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the manufacturing environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
