
Manufacturing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for assembling, manufacturing, testing, and maintaining artificial lift products in accordance with specifications.
Additionally, you will identify and report issues arising from design or components by following internal processes for reporting defects or non-conformities. You will actively participate in and oversee our continuous improvement culture by implementing and closing out Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives that enhance efficiency in the plant.
You will also take corrective actions as needed to boost productivity and minimize adverse impacts. Furthermore, you will contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Main Accountabilities:
- Assemble, manufacture, test, or tear down and rebuild artificial lift products according to specifications.
- Identify, report, and problem-solve issues arising with design or components.
- Actively participate and oversee the company's continuous improvement culture.
- Taking corrective actions as required to enhance productivity/efficiency or to minimize adverse impacts.
- Contribute towards the implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Contributes towards quality control or manuals, procedures/work instructions, risk assessments or other documentation as required.
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
