We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinical team in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day care operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
About You:- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care, ideally with a focus on clinical governance and quality improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and compliance is mandatory.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and documentation skills are required.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring staff, are highly valued.
