Our Outdoor Education Program empowers girls to be courageous and approach new challenges with optimism and excitement. This is achieved through a range of activities, programs, and events focused on personal development, connections with peers, staff, and the environment.

The program progresses from Nature Play for Years K-2 to overnight trips at Vision Valley, multiday experiences based at Vision Valley for Years 3, 5, and 7, and expeditions to various locations around NSW for Years 4, 6, and 8.

The Pymble Outdoor Education Continuum continues to evolve to meet the needs of the College. We require an experienced and innovative Expedition Coordinator to assist in the continued maturation of the entire continuum.

This role reports to the Head of Outdoor Education and requires support for other outdoor education programs and events in a group leader or activity specialist capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and in-field coordination of programs included in the College's Outdoor Education continuum.

• Develop, oversee, and review expeditions as part of this program.

• Attend these trips to understand and review their structure and serve as the emergency on-call member of staff when the Head of Outdoor Education is on leave.
