**PRE-SCHOOL OUTDOOR EDUCATOR**
**PART-TIME
Cranbrook School is seeking an experienced and energetic Pre-school Educator to join our
dynamic Pre-school team.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

The position will work at our Pre-school at St Mark's at Darling Point on a part-time (0.4
FTE) basis on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The Pre-School Outdoor Educator is responsible for developing and delivering the highest
quality Fundamental Movement Program, collaboratively planning with the teaching team
and also helping broadly with team building, communication, resources, wellbeing and
curriculum and parent engagement.

Capable of working collaboratively within a team to plan and deliver high quality teaching
and learning programs, and possessing an exemplary understanding of best practice, you

pre-school setting.

You are an excellent communicator, creative, and able to work well with students, parents
and other teachers. You are committed to continual professional development and
reflection, and have a genuine interest in the growth of young people.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**

- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding of best practice in early years education
- Experience in digital documentation and journals
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law, the Education and Care

Services National Regulations, National Quality Framework, and the Early Years
Learning Framework

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Experience with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme would be
advantageous.
