AML Operations Lead Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of AML Operations Lead. This critical position plays a vital part in operationalizing our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) program, ensuring we not only meet regulatory requirements but also deliver high standards of risk management and customer experience.

The successful candidate will partner with various teams across the business to design and implement sustainable processes, quality monitoring frameworks, and training programs. They will lead the development of AML processes, including ECDD, transaction monitoring, customer name screening, and AUSTRAC reporting. Additionally, they will create and embed an effective AML Operations Quality Control framework, monitor quality performance, analyze trends, and drive remediation and uplift activities.
