About the Role:
We seek an experienced AML/CTF professional to join our General Counsel team as Manager, Anti-Money Laundering/CounterTerrorist Financing (AML/CTF) Compliance.
This is a rare chance to shape and develop our central AML/CTF Compliance function.
You will work closely with the General Counsel and IT teams to implement the firm's AML/CTF Compliance Program and establish a high-performing team that supports partners, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.
- Design and implement AML/KYC technology solutions in collaboration with IT.
- Assist with the rollout of the firm's AML/CTF Compliance Program in line with Tranche 2 requirements.
- Recruit, train, and manage a centralized AML/KYC team.
- Drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and best practice across the function.
- Provide expert advice and training on AML/CTF laws and internal KYC policies.
Ideal candidates have a compliance or legal background and deep experience in AML/CTF compliance.
They must have worked at another law or professional services firm in a similar role and have experience leading teams and building functions.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and enjoy collaboration.
