We are seeking visionary leaders to join our Board of Directors and help shape the future of aged care, disability, and children's services. Your leadership will directly influence the wellbeing, resilience, and equality of the communities we serve.

About Our Organisation

Our organisation has over 50 years' experience delivering services in aged care, children's services, and disability support. We strengthen and improve social and personal wellbeing for individuals, families, older people, carers, and people with disability.

Director Responsibilities
  • Apply our values and fundamentals in Board decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
  • Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes
Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair
  • Strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills
  • A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia

Desirable:

  • Sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services
  • Lived experience in community services, healthcare, or education sectors
