About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our Health, Safety and Staff Wellbeing team as a Manager - Staff Wellbeing. This role will be based in Sydney and is responsible for delivering proactive prevention initiatives to strengthen mentally healthy workplaces across schools and staff.

As a key member of our team, you will lead a collaborative support team to develop and deliver innovative programs and services that improve staff wellbeing and social, emotional, health, and educational outcomes in schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver staff wellbeing programs and case management services to schools and staff.
  • Develop and deliver effective strategies to enhance staff wellbeing and promote positive work environments.
  • Provide expert advice and support to schools and executives on matters related to staff wellbeing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in education, business, management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level in managing complex teams and projects.
  • An ability to remain resilient and composed in high-pressure situations.
What We Offer

This leadership position offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • $137,500 - $158,000 per annum + superannuation and leave loading.
