The Referrer Engagement Role

As a key member of our team, the Referrer Engagement Officer plays a pivotal role in driving referral growth and promoting our mental health services. This position involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists, to increase referrals and raise community awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement targeted strategies to drive referrals, aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral stakeholders through regular meetings and remote outreach.
  • Collaborate with our clinic and marketing teams to develop tailored marketing programs for increasing referral activity across mental health services.
  • Design and deliver professional development programs for healthcare practitioners to promote our mental health services and generate referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of referral-related activities within our CRM system.
  • Review and update relevant content on our psychology website, creating assets for medical and non-medical referrers.
  • Provide monthly reports to track referral activity and measure return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business development, relationship management, or sales.
  • Understanding of mental health services and the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of engaging and building relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing and educational programs.
  • Strong organisational skills with project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, data management, and reporting tools.
