Job Description:
This role involves working as a flexible educator in our early childhood setting, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years. As a Casual Educator, you will be required to work on a casual basis, with flexibility to work various shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active contribution to the education program in the room and centre team
- Engaging and supervising children at all times
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, be willing to travel between other local services, and have flexible availability between Monday and Friday.
