Job Overview

The Role

  • Process a high volume of customer orders efficiently.
  • Invoice customers promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to customer order and delivery queries in a timely manner.
  • Generate Daily Sales Order reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage incoming EDI orders and process customer credits effectively.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to consumer product queries professionally.
  • Utilise initiative and work independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
