Fund Order Services Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Order Services Senior Associate to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Asia Pacific Global delivery Fund Order Services unit, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the delivery of assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and activities.
- Ensure all activities are completed in line with internal standards and review as required.
- Manage incoming queries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other business units to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Be accountable for staff performance tracking, new staff onboarding, overtime control, and leave planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to develop and retain a high-performing team.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and financial markets.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good sense of risk awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Professional email writing and fluent spoken English skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
- 5+ years of custody experience and/or fund accounting/transfer agency experience.
- Knowledge of custody-specific trade and cash life cycle processes is preferred.
