Strata Manager Job Description

The role of Strata Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and bylaws. This includes coordinating with property owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

About the Role

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to strata properties, including budgets, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and improve communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports to strata councils and owners, highlighting key issues and progress towards goals.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with team members, property owners, and external partners to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (desired).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in strata management or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
