A boutique strata management firm providing property management to residential and commercial strata buildings in NSW.

Looking for a strata assistant/administration officer to assist our growing business. The role is part time with flexibility on Working days of the week. Potential for full time position in the future.

The job role would include but not limited to:

- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls and inquiries
- Processing work orders and quotes
- Paying and managing supplier invoices
- Liaising with trades people and suppliers
- General office administrative tasks
- Communicating with owners and tenants
- Assisting the strata managers where required

Job Requirements:

- Strong organisation and multi tasking skills
- Professional phone manner
- Professional verbal and written skills
- Willingness to learn
- Certificate of registration

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Property Certificate of Registration (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
