Strata Manager Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Strata Manager Assistant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will assist a Senior Strata Manager with various tasks related to strata management.

  • Mix of Residential and Commercial Properties: Our company manages a diverse range of properties, including residential and commercial units.
  • Liaise with Owners Corporation and prepare budgets: You will work closely with property owners to prepare accurate budgets for their building.
  • Organize Work Orders and Quotes where required: We require an assistant who can efficiently manage work orders and quotes for maintenance and repairs.
  • Support Staff and Assist with Periodic Inspections: As a Strata Manager Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and assist with periodic inspections of properties.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 Year of Previous Strata Experience or Role: We are looking for an experienced individual who has worked in a similar role or has at least one year of experience in strata management.
  • Current Driver's License and Car: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of REST/STRATAMASTER: Familiarity with software applications such as REST/STRATAMASTER is highly desirable.
  • Current Strata Certificate of Registration: A current Strata Certificate of Registration is mandatory for this position.
