Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to lead our psychology team at ORS Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and guidance to our team of Psychologists.
As a Senior Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions, work closely with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Psychologists to provide high-quality clinical services
- Develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development of our clinical services and policies

Key Requirements:
- Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Psychologists
