Job Title: Hub Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with feeder and dispatch operations to optimize load management and resource allocation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Support staffing and pre-sort planning to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing physical assets (e.g., machinery, vehicles, equipment) and leading teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
