Job Title: HUB SUPERVISOR

    The Hub Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient management of UPS Small Package hubs and sort activities. This key position is responsible for ensuring that packages are sorted accurately and loaded onto suitable trailers for movement to the next location.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating across functions to guarantee equipment servicing.
  • Supporting staffing and pre-sort planning.
  • Ensuring accurate package sorting.
  • Collaborating with feeder and dispatch operations to ensure loads for large accounts are sorted and built according to service agreements.
  • Determining employee training needs to develop continuous development plans.
  • Providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and resolving individual and group performance issues.

    Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
  • Legal, regulatory, and safety compliance knowledge - Preferred.
  • Understanding of policies and procedures applicable to business environments - Preferred.
  • Ability to manage and utilize details, facts, and information to thoroughly and accurately plan and complete work.
  • Experience managing physical assets (e.g., machinery, vehicles, equipment, supplies) - Preferred.
