About You: This is a hub manager role that oversees sales and customer service.
That means you will be managing the hub site while also providing sales support to assist customers in purchasing services from Dymocks Tutoring and then provide post-sales support (aka customer service) to ensure that our valued customers are always delighted with the service they receive.
Each hub will be overseen by one hub manager, and you will be responsible for your respective hub.Your duties will include:Managing and overseeing your hub centre.Taking customer sales callsTaking customer service enquiries including providing support with enrolments and access to online systemsGeneral administration related to sales and customer serviceKeeping the hub locations in order to present the brand well to current and prospective customersWorking as part of a team to ensure that the shift, across locations, is effective and completes allocated tasksReporting to your Sales managerPrior experience in sales and customer support is essential.Criteria include:Genuine, friendly, vibrant and welcoming personalityA love of sales and meeting customer needsExcellent time management and organisational skillsGood written communication skills and a high degree of attention to detailYou will have or need to obtain a current Working with Children Check or equivalentA high level of proficiency using office productivity software Desirable: Proficiency in English and MandarinPrevious sales and customer service experience Location: This role will be for our Parramatta Hub.
All centre is located across the street from the train station, a walkable distance.
Hours and Remuneration: This is a part-time role with the following available shifts which you should nominate when applying:Monday to Fridays, 3 pm to 8:30 pm.Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6 pmA mix of weekday and weekend e.g. Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday (inclusive)The business operates during school terms on the same hours as it does in term.
Leave is generally limited to school holidays and there is a 3 week mandatory shut-down over Christmas.

This role is covered by the the Miscellaneous Award.
