Operations Support Specialist

At Thomson Geer, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional administrative support and reception services in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The role will involve responsibilities in:
• Reception cover and ensuring the first point of contact with clients and staff is professional and welcoming.
• Providing administrative support to teams as required, including preparing documents, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.
• Library support and mail management, including sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ordering stationery and staff kitchen supplies, and managing office inventory.
• Photocopying, scanning, and other tasks such as binding and collating documents.
• Outside clerk rounds and building management liaison, including maintenance requests and general facilities management tasks.
• Organising couriers and meeting room set up.
• Assisting the information technology support team with IT hardware set up and maintenance.
We are looking for a candidate who has basic computer skills, good verbal and written communication, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and able to effectively prioritise their workload. They will also have a happy demeanor and a 'can do' attitude, making them an energetic team player.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our firm.
