Administrative Coordinator for Payroll and Accounts

As a key member of our client's finance team, the Administrative Coordinator for Payroll and Accounts will be responsible for providing administrative support in payroll and accounts payable functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Administration:
- Prepare and process payroll for corporate and operations employees
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Accounts Payable:
- Process supplier invoices against approved purchase orders
- Perform payment runs and reconcile supplier statements
- Support Functions:
- Maintain customer and supplier databases
- Provide backup for bank account management and reconciliations
- Assist in implementing accounts payable automation
- Relevant experience in payroll administration and accounts payable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- A competitive salary of $98,000 including superannuation + 10% STI Bonus
