Job Overview

As a key member of our client's finance team, the Administrative Coordinator for Payroll and Accounts will be responsible for providing administrative support in payroll and accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration:
    • Prepare and process payroll for corporate and operations employees
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Process supplier invoices against approved purchase orders
    • Perform payment runs and reconcile supplier statements
  • Support Functions:
    • Maintain customer and supplier databases
    • Provide backup for bank account management and reconciliations
    • Assist in implementing accounts payable automation
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in payroll administration and accounts payable
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
